As a marriage and family therapist, I work with individuals, families, and people in relationships on a broad range of issues. I am here to listen, to understand, and to guide you towards the change you would like to see. I take time to learn about you, your history, and important life events in a process of co-discovery. During our work together, you will come to make links between the past and your current experience, while also discovering new tools and honing your own positive coping strategies.
Building a sense connection is fundamental to my work, whether I am working with individuals who feel anxious and depressed, or people in relationships who are experiencing communication issues. I specialize in assisting clients who are experiencing sexual dysfunction, sexual pain, and body image issues. I also help partners increase emotional and sexual intimacy.
There is a lot to gain in a therapeutic relationship with a clinician that makes it safe for you to express emotions, process events, and bring aspects of who you are into clearer focus. I create a supportive, non-judgmental space for my clients to gain deeper understanding and become empowered to make the change they want to see in their lives.
